The price includes accommodation for all 5 nights and general admission to all the concerts and organised events.
All prices are based on filling the apartment / cottage to capacity.
If your party does not fill the accommodation to capacity we will be happy to match you with other people if you want to share accommodation (please see "To Share Or Not To Share" below)
If you would prefer not to share accommodation, you will be required to pay an under-occupancy supplement as below - but the more people that share, the more fans we will be able to accommodate at Center Parcs!
Please consider sharing - many long-lasting friendships have formed as a result of sharing at previous Marillion Weekends.
No concessions will be made for adults attending the event solely to look after children.
All accommodation has bed linen included. You can rent towels on arrival at Center Parcs.

CHILDREN UNDER 2 YEARS OF AGE are in addition to the minimum occupancy and may attend free of charge.

Once you have submitted your application form you will receive an email to confirm receipt of your form.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT A CONFIRMATION OF YOUR BOOKING, ONLY A CONFIRMATION OF RECEIPT OF YOUR REQUEST AND A SUMMARY OF THE DETAILS YOU HAVE SUBMITTED.
Once your application has been successful and processed you will be sent a link with instructions on how to pay your deposit.
Only once the deposit has been received will your booking be secured.
To secure your booking, a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of

is required immediately upon booking.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL DEPOSITS PAID ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES !!
The balance of the booking fee is due no later than 3 February 2025.
YOUR BOOKING WILL BE CANCELLED IF FULL PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED BY 3 FEBRUARY 2025!!
An email invoice will be sent requesting the balance of the booking fee. Invoices will be sent on 31 January 2025 – please pay immediately upon receipt.

Center Parcs is taking bookings for the week before and after the Convention Weekend. They offer midweek breaks (4 nights) and week breaks (7 nights). They MAY be able to offer single extra nights.
Please do NOT book with Center Parcs until you have confirmation that your place with us is secure and your deposit fully paid.
You will be required to provide CenterParcs with your Marillion Weekend cottage number when booking - please contact us and we will provide this for you.
Once your Marillion Weekend accommodation is fully booked and paid for, contact Center Parcs directly via email at Arianne.Bezemer@groupepvcp.com

Please tell Arianne you are attending the Marillion Weekend and quote your Booking Reference number and Marillion Weekend cottage number. Center Parcs will endeavour to ensure you will remain in the same cottage, however this cannot be guaranteed.
We are unfortunately unable to assist with any enquiries relating to these extra bookings at Center Parcs - similarly please note that Center Parcs are unable to deal with any enquiries relating to your Marillion Weekend 2025 booking.
If you wish to have a seat in the seating area towards the rear of the concert hall then this will cost £40 per person.
Wristbands to allow access for this seating will only be available to buy from a dedicated desk in the Adventure Factory on Thursday at 11 am.
It is expected these will sell out VERY quickly.
No food is included in the main Weekend price.
Unlike previous years there is no need to prebook the Evergreenz Buffet.

Unfortunately there will be no day passes available.
Firstly, the facilities at Center Parcs are only designed to handle the number of tickets available. But just as important, the Marillion Weekend is a very special event - you can only truly appreciate it when you become a permanent part of it!
Please also note that we have never offered day passes at any of our previous Dutch Marillion Weekends.
