Admission Prices

Although the Marillion Weekend is being held in Holland, all payments and bookings will be handled via the Marillion Weekend offices in the UK, and will be taken in British Pounds Sterling.

Standard Apartment/Cottage: £225 per adult, £119 per child (age 6-14), £99 per child(age 2-5)

Deluxe Cottage: £245 per adult, £119 per child (age 6-14),, £99 per child(age 2-5)

Children under 2 are in addition to the minimum occupancy and may attend free of charge.

These prices are based on filling the apartment/cottage to capacity. If your party does not fill the accommodation to capacity we will be happy to match you with other people if you want to share accommodation.

If you would prefer not to share accommodation, you will be required to pay an under-occupancy supplement (please see Booking Your Party : Explained for exact charges) ...but the more people that share, the more fans we will be able to accommodate at CenterParcs!

So please consider sharing - many long-lasting friendships have formed as a result of sharing at previous Marillion Weekends.

If you prefer not to share your accommodation with other convention-goers, and your party does not fill the accommodation to capacity, then you will be charged an additional supplemental fee. Please note, children under 2 will not be included when calculating occupancy. Supplemental fees will be:

Please note: 2-person accommodation will be pre-allocated. If you have not been notified of pre-allocation success and your party consists of only 2 persons and you indicate you do not wish to share, you will now be required to pay an under-occupancy supplement fee.

Deposits

To secure your booking, a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of £80.00 per person (including all children aged 2-14) is required immediately upon booking. The balance of the booking fee is due no later than 10 February 2011. An email invoice will be sent requesting the balance of the booking fee by 2 February 2011

If full payment is not received by the 10 February 2011, this will result in the cancellation of your booking. You may also choose to pay the full fee at the time of initial booking.

Day Passes

Unfortunately there will be no day passes available.

First, the facilities at CenterParcs are only designed to handle the number of tickets available. But just as important, the Marillion Weekend is a very special event - you can only truly appreciate it when you become a permanent part of it!

It should also be noted that we have never offered day passes at any of our previous Marillion Weekends.

Market Buffet/ Meal Deal Pre-Booking

We are offering the option to book meals at the Market Buffet in advance. This specially-priced arrangement includes a dinner meal only on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights at the all-you-can-eat Market Buffet restaurant.

New for 2011 is the meal deal which consists of 1x dinner buffet in the Market Restuarant
1x 2 Course dinner in Restuarant Sharky's
1x 2 Course dinner in Restuarant il Giardino

Please mark on the booking form which option you would like and we will charge you for it at the time we take the FINAL payments. (Payments will be charged in Sterling using that day's exchange rate)

Fees, Cancellations, and Transfers

Please note that all deposits paid are NON-REFUNDABLE

If full payment is not received by the 10 February 2011, this will result in the cancellation of your booking.

In the unlikely event that you have paid the full amount and wish to cancel your attendance at the Marillion Weekend 2011, the following cancellation charges apply with no exceptions:

If your cancellation reduces the capacity of your accommodation (for example if you were in a 4 person cottage and the rest of the party is still coming), contact us as soon as possible to let us know and we will provide more information.

You may transfer your booking to another person(s). You must contact us to arrange this.

If you do not supply valid credit card details for the final balance payment due in the week commencing 7 February 2011, your booking may be cancelled.

Additional Important Information

We strongly advise you to take out suitable travel insurance that covers you adequately for the Marillion Weekend 2011 booking and any separate independent travel arrangements you may make, including the airport transport service provided by Res Nova.

All bookings and related booking procedures are handled solely through this Marillion Weekend website. The normal Racket Records and Marillion email addresses will NOT be accepting questions.

Please direct all enquiries to the Marillion Weekend staff using the details above DO NOT contact CenterParcs with questions or bookings. They will be unable to help.

You will be required to wear a wristband to aid our security during the full period of this event.

Any attendee that is found to cause damage to any of CenterParcs property will be held accountable legally and financially for the damage they have caused.

Participation in all activities provided by CenterParcs is at your own risk.

No abuse of Marillion Weekend crew or staff, or CenterParcs staff will be tolerated. People who are caught infringing on this policy will be asked to leave immediately with no refund or other compensation provided.

CenterParcs has several bottle banks and wastepaper recycling bins around the village. Marillion encourage you to please make full use of them!
