Booking online commences on 10 May at 12:00 UK time. Complete the Online Booking Form.

Due to new financial restrictions with large events we are unable to accept direct credit card payments. Therefore they will be collected via PayPal. You will still be able to pay with your credit cards via PayPal. PayPal is a secure online payment method, which allows you to pay quickly and easily without sharing any of your financial information. They remember and safeguard your bank, credit or debit card details, so you don’t have to. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account at the time of booking online but it will be quicker for you if you set one up in advance at www.paypal.com

If you are in the UK you will also be able to pay by cheque.

If you are in The Netherlands we would prefer it if you would pay via The Web Holland (bank transfer)

To secure your booking, a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of £80.00 per person (including all children aged 2-14) is required immediately upon booking. The balance of the booking fee is due no later than 10 February 2011. An email invoice will be sent requesting the balance of the booking fee by 2 February 2011.

If full payment is not received by the 10 February 2011, this will result in the cancellation of your booking. You may also choose to pay the full fee at the time of initial booking.

When you book your tickets, we will need the following information of all members in your party: full name, postal address, e-mail address (if available), date of birth and passport number.

On the booking form you can select from a choice of payment methods

Please also choose whether you wish to pay just the Deposit or the Full amount

On completion of the online booking form you will receive an automatic email confirming receipt of your booking and a summary of the details you have entered on the form.

If you have chosen to pay via PayPal you will receive an invoice requesting payment via email. Click on the link to make the payment. This will take you to the PayPal website and give you the option to log in to your PayPal account if you have one, or create a PayPal account where you can pay via credit card.

If you have chosen to pay via cheque (in Sterling drawn on a UK bank) we will send you an email with details of how to pay.

If you have chosen to pay via The Web Holland payment instructions will be detailed on their website and they will contact you via email with payment instruction. 

A final booking confirmation letter will only be sent by E-MAIL when ALL final payments have been received. We will aim to send all final confirmation letters out by the end of February 2011. Final confirmation letters will only be sent to the Primary Booking contact unless you have selected others in your party to receive them when you completed your original booking.

This letter will act as your ticket which you need to bring to the check-in at CenterParcs to receive your Welcome pack (which will contain your wristbands and accommodation keys)

Other Payment Methods

DO NOT SEND CASH of any currency. Marillion cannot be held responsible for cash sent by post, courier, or any other means, nor will cash be returned or refunded by post.

What if I'm coming by myself (or as a couple) and don't know any one else?

In 2007 and 2009 many of you volunteered to share and as a result many new friendships were made. Hopefully we can unite more of you in 2011!

The best thing to do would be to visit the Marillion Weekend section of the Marillion Online Forums or Facebook pages for each Weekend to see if there are other people like you looking for others to share. Please remember not to give out personal details such as phone numbers on the Forum - instead, once you think you've found someone to share with contact each other privately via email for further details.

If you are unable to do this, please let us know on your booking form (by selecting the Willing To Share option) and we will find other guests to match you up with. As long as you have provided full email details on your booking form we will be able to let you know before the event any details of who you will be sharing with. By giving us your email in this instance you agree to us passing on your email to any potential cottage-mate.

Please remember that in all cases there are two single beds in each room, therefore your bed will be in the same room as the person you will be sharing with. However all the beds are single beds which can be moved around the room if required.

We will do our very best to match same-sex guests (men with men, women with women) and smokers/non-smokers.

Simply select the Willing to Share option on the booking form. If you have not already selected the share option on the booking form, please contact us after you have booked to let us know that you want to share.

How can I arrange to share with specific other people also going to the Weekend?

Ideally, it would be helpful if you could organise with all the people you wish to share BEFORE booking and submit your booking as one complete party.

If you are ready to submit a new booking and wish to share accommodation with a party that have already booked, please make sure that you enter their booking reference number(s) in the space provided when you submit your booking. If you do not have their booking reference number(s) then please contact us with the Primary Booking Contact names and Booking Reference Number (where known) of all involved parties and we will endeavour to place you together.

What if I don't want to share with anyone?

If you prefer not to share your accommodation with other convention-goers, and your party does not fill the accommodation to capacity, then you will be charged an additional supplemental fee. Please note, children under 2 will not be included when calculating occupancy. Supplemental fees will be:

Standard £55 per person under-occupancy, or:

Two (2) guests only in a 4-person apartment/cottage: £110

Three (3) guests only in a 4-person apartment/cottage: £55

Five (5) guests only in a 6-person cottage: £55

Seven (7) guests only in an 8-person cottage: £55

Deluxe £65 per person under-occupancy, or:

Two (2) guests only in a 4-person cottage: £130

Three (3) guests only in a 4-person cottage: £65

Two (2) guests only in a 6-person cottage: £260

Three (3) guests only in a 6-person cottage: £195

Four (4) guests only in a 6-person cottage: £130

Five (5) guests only in a 6-person cottage: £65

Please note: 2-person accommodation will be pre-allocated. If you have not been notified of pre-allocation success and your party consists of only 2 persons and you indicate you do not wish to share, you will now be required to pay an under-occupancy supplement fee.
